Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Reservation

1.1 Reservations may be made through our website or via registration through our Instagram booking form.

1.2 Upon submission of the registration form, our team will contact guests via WhatsApp to confirm available session dates and times.

1.3 A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

1.4 Session slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully completed.

1.5 Unpaid reservations may be released without prior notice.

2. Payment

2.1 Full payment is required in advance to secure and confirm a booking.

2.2 All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable.

2.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price revisions.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

3.1 Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session time and are subject to availability.

3.2 Each booking is entitled to one (1) complimentary reschedule only.

3.3 Rescheduling requests made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session will not be accepted.

3.4 No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, missed sessions, or unused bookings.

3.5 Guests who are unable to attend may transfer their booking to another participant by informing our team at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session.

3.6 Traffic conditions, parking difficulties, transportation delays, work commitments, personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or any other personal circumstances shall not constitute grounds for refunds, rescheduling, or compensation within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled session.

4. Arrival & Punctuality

4.1 Guests are encouraged to arrive at least ten (10) minutes before the scheduled session time.

4.2 All Matcha Experience Set sessions operate on a fixed schedule and will commence promptly at the scheduled start time.

4.3 Due to staffing and operational requirements, sessions cannot be delayed for late arrivals.

4.4 Participants are required to arrive on time for their scheduled session.

4.5 For Solo Journey bookings, participants who fail to arrive at the scheduled start time may be considered a no-show and the booking may be forfeited without refund, credit, or rescheduling.

4.6 For Shared Journey and Group Journey bookings, the experience will commence at the scheduled start time regardless of whether all participants have arrived.

4.7 Late-arriving participants in Shared Journey and Group Journey sessions may join the session upon arrival. However, any portion of the experience that has already taken place will not be repeated.

4.8 No additional time, private catch-up session, refund, credit, or compensation will be provided for any missed portion of the experience.

4.9 All sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time.

4.10 Exceptions due to unforeseen circumstances may be considered solely at the discretion of management. Any accommodation provided shall not constitute a waiver of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Participation Requirements

5.1 The Matcha Experience Set is designed as an educational and tasting experience.

5.2 Participants below the age of twelve (12) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

5.3 Guests are responsible for informing our team of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, caffeine sensitivities, pregnancy-related concerns, or other relevant health conditions prior to the session.

5.4 Matcha naturally contains caffeine. Consumption is at the participant's own discretion.

5.5 We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual whose behaviour may disrupt the experience or affect the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of other guests.

5.6 Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner throughout the experience. Management reserves the right to refuse participation, remove, or terminate the participation of any individual whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated, inappropriate, or may negatively affect the experience, safety, comfort, or wellbeing of other guests, staff members, or the venue. In such cases, no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.

6. Session Changes by Organiser

6.1 We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, modify, or cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, staff availability, insufficient participant numbers, equipment issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6.2 In the event that a session is cancelled by us, guests will be offered either an alternative session date or a full refund of the amount paid.

7. Photography & Marketing

7.1 Photographs and videos may be taken during the experience for promotional, marketing, website, social media, and educational purposes.

7.2 Guests who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos should inform our team prior to the commencement of the session.

8. Equipment & Property

8.1 Participants are expected to handle all matcha preparation tools, utensils, and equipment with reasonable care.

8.2 We reserve the right to seek compensation for any intentional, reckless, or negligent damage caused to equipment, furnishings, or property during the session.

9. Liability

9.1 Participation in the Matcha Experience Set is entirely voluntary and at the participant's own discretion.

9.2 While reasonable care is taken throughout the experience, we shall not be held liable for any injury, allergic reaction, illness, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or loss of personal belongings arising from participation in the session.

9.3 Personal belongings brought to the venue remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

10. General

10.1 For bookings made on behalf of other participants, the booking holder is responsible for ensuring that all participants have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions prior to attending the session.

10.2 By completing a booking and payment, the booking holder confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all participants included in the reservation.

10.3 By attending the Matcha Experience Set, all participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

10.4 By completing a booking and payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

10.5 Management reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all bookings, rescheduling requests, participation matters, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

10.6 Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
